BOOKING FORM

A booking deposit of 30% of the Total Holiday Price is required, we accept cheque, bank transfer, paypal or cash in person, details will be passed to you upon enquiry.  The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure.  Your caravan will be vacant after 4:00pm on the first day of hire and must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure.
The mobile is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, mains electric, refrigerator, cooker, exterior table, seating, duvets / blankets, sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases are provided, please bring your own towels and tea towels.  The mobile home will be clean on your arrival, please ensure that it is as you found it on departure or your caution will be returned to you minus £45.00.

A caution cheque of £100 is also payable 8 weeks prior to departure and the cheque will be returned in full if the accommodation is left in a clean and tidy condition (see above) and free from damage.  PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellation within 6 weeks of your arrival date means total loss of the cost of the mobile home.

I agree to hire the above mobile home and understand that the Caravan Owners, their Agents or Employees shall not be held responsible for any accident or injury to anyone nor for the loss or damage to personal goods/property during the period of hire, although our help and assistance is always assured.
